The installation of my Crew Cab 5" Chrome Assist Steps took exactly as long as they said it would. I had an 8:00 am appointment. I arrived at 8:00 am and was taken right in...it was like they were expecti took exactly as long as they said it would. I had an 8:00 am appointment. I arrived at 8:00 am and was taken right in...it was like they were expecting me. It's clear they knew the jobs that were scheduled that morning. Friendly staff. Everyone I walked by in the service dept acknowlegde me and said hello. These folks get customer service! And the complimentary car wash was unexpected! They did the service well, in the time they said and returned my truck washed! Very happy with the Scraton Experience! More
