Been a customer here for years until recently Minnesota Sears. During their certified pre owned event I decided to buy a vehicle. Came in the Sat night (event ends Sun). Liked a Blue/cream CLA 250 but m Sears. During their certified pre owned event I decided to buy a vehicle. Came in the Sat night (event ends Sun). Liked a Blue/cream CLA 250 but my salesman talked me into a Blue/Grey CLA 250 with 7 K more miles and more expensive cause he said it would have a 2 year warranty. Came in with the family to sign on Sunday and while I am with finance they spot it should be a 1 year. Called the salesman in and he and her both agree it probably should be a 2 year based on in service date but could not guarantee. I said I am sure sears will take care of this and went ahead and signed. Come a few weeks later they email me saying sorry it is 1 year and we can't do anything about it. Salesman Nick stops responding when I ask about what steps were taken. Bottom line is business should take care of their customers. Was not looking for anything free just what I paid for. I have tried to work with them but they are done. Will not be using this dealership again. All warranty work on my Mercedes will go elsewhere. More
