Experienced unexpected tire problem during morning rush hour and went directly to dealer for repairs. Bill Blume took me in on busy Friday morning without appointment. Since flex service A was due in a mon hour and went directly to dealer for repairs. Bill Blume took me in on busy Friday morning without appointment. Since flex service A was due in a month I requested that be done too. My rush hour problem tire was repaired in just 2 hours and I was able to complete the Flex servicing too.
