The delivery experience amazing. It felt more like a new car delivery even though I was buying a used car. Jennifer did a great job handling the paperwork and explaining the warranties and extras without applying the kind of high pressure tactics I've experienced else where. She deserves more kudos for getting me the promotional financing rate which beat the rate I had from my lender. Max did a great job helping me learn about my car and I appreciate that he and Brian invited me back again for a refresher. That's nice because it was all so overwhelming. More

We thought the 2017 CLA was the right fit and after a quick look realized it was way too small for our needs. John recommended a 2015 CLK and though it was a bit older, he couldn’t have been more right.
