Classic bait-and-switch dealership behavior. I was told a car was available and ready to test drive—drove all the way there only to be told it was in the shop and couldn’t be driven. After le I was told a car was available and ready to test drive—drove all the way there only to be told it was in the shop and couldn’t be driven. After leaving, they harassed me with calls all week negotiating. The salesperson finally agreed to my price and told me to come in. Then came delays about the title not being available. I took a day off work, test drove the car, liked it, and sat down to buy it. Suddenly the manager backed out of the agreed price and demanded $1,500 more, hiding behind “we didn’t have a contract.” This dealership lies, changes terms at the last second, and has zero integrity. Completely disrespectful of customers’ time. Avoid unless you enjoy games and wasted days. More
