My Mini is 10 years old in a couple days and I've always taken Tallawah to this dealership for service. One of the newer features is the walk around video of my car by the service department. It helps me understand why something is recommended, or not. More

Quite pleasant atmosphere with very pleasant and welcoming people. A two hour service wait went by in a flash with the comfortable waiting area with so many nice refreshments for the customers. It was supposed to be a routine oil change/check up while I wait. We dropped the car off the night before (schedule conflicts) and by the end of the next day (appt was for 0900) they hadn't done the service. I wait. We dropped the car off the night before (schedule conflicts) and by the end of the next day (appt was for 0900) they hadn't done the service. When I talked to them, they said they might not get to it the next day either and asked if they could keep it the weekend or schedule another date. This appt was more than a month in waiting. So I told them neither was acceptable. They then committed to getting it done the next day and did. I know that they are having labor shortage issues, but then they need to address this with how they are scheduling - if you don't have the workers, don't schedule the appointments. And it used to be that when I went in, people greeted you and were really friendly. There were three people working at the service desk. One was on the phone. The other two were chatting with each other, Though they looked at me, and I was obviously there for service, they didn't even acknowledge me. When the third person was done with the phone, he asked what I needed. No where near the experience that it used to be there. Though again, maybe this is related to being shorthanded. But the two people not appearing to be doing anything isn't cool. More
