Was told a ridiculous price to replace an engine coil, decided to not have the work done there. Asked for a breakdown of parts and labor, never given. When I decided to have the part installed elsewhere, decided to not have the work done there. Asked for a breakdown of parts and labor, never given. When I decided to have the part installed elsewhere, Anastasia was extremely rude and told me the part couldn’t be “unordered” an hour after it was “ordered”. Then got charged the $147 diagnostic fee as a punishment for not getting the work done there. No need to over charge, when i arrived i told them exactly what the engine code was, as Autozone is nice enough to read the code for free. More
