Kat was very nice. They couldn’t fix my Honda and was told to take to Honda. Honda would charge Secor almost 2,000 dollars. This is crazy when it could be repaired for They couldn’t fix my Honda and was told to take to Honda. Honda would charge Secor almost 2,000 dollars. Service representative was rude when I was explaining an issue with my vehicle. Noise was hard to explain and she was not very helpful. She looked at me like I was crazy. My husband came in week before and also had a bad experience. He was told they could not get a part for his car so he ordered the part himself and brought it in and then they didn't end up using the part. The issue could have been fixed when he originally brought the car in for maintenance. Loose confidence in service department. More
