AMAZING I had a little bit of an emergency because my ATM card slipped through a crack in my console and disappeared. I was headed out of state and needed my I had a little bit of an emergency because my ATM card slipped through a crack in my console and disappeared. I was headed out of state and needed my ATM card for cash. I drove into Secor Volvo and Nick (service mgr) saw my panic and immediately had one of the service techs look at it. I thought it was game over but within 5 minutes the tech (Kayle) had taken apart my side panels and retrieved by card. All my stress was gone. Couldn't be more thankful to the Secor team. Nick and his service team always go above and beyond. Also a tremendous shout out to Steve Plona who helped educate me when I took delivery of my brand new S60. Steve cares about his customers and does a thorough job of making sure his customers are ready to roll with their new vehicles. Appreciate everybody at this dealership. Billy More

As always, excellent, friendly service Normal, routine service is always excellent. This time it were two problems covered by Volvo which required a couple of days in the shop. Now I know why Charlie is willing to spring for the rental. After driving the Nissan, I would always pick a Volvo....or even better if I did not live on a rutted dirt road, a Lotus. More
