New to area, service department here is an upgrade I recently moved to CT from the DC area, and I needed regular service and a brake problem addressed. So much easier dealing with these guys than what I recently moved to CT from the DC area, and I needed regular service and a brake problem addressed. So much easier dealing with these guys than what I'd gotten used to. Easy to make the appointment, understood the problem, called promptly with the solution and had it ready earlier than I expected. Also- I needed a loaner, and Nick actually took me out to orient me on the tech features of this spiffy new model, rather than just tossing me the keys and telling me where to find it. Good job. More

Excellent Service Department! Had my regular service (oil change, tire rotation etc) at Secor Volvo Mitsubishi. Everything was excellent - right down to charging my low battery. The gentleman that vacuumed and washed my car did an amazing job! Talked with a very nice gentleman for a little while - Julian let me know that if I ever wanted, he could bring me to the mall and back! The waiting area was comfortable with a television, coffee and donuts! Would definitely recommend the service department. More

A gentleman even offered to take me to the mall and pick me up when my car was done! Surprised that my car was washed and vacuumed when it was returned to me!
