Sevice was not as professional as it should have been. I dropped the car off at 8:30am and was told 2 hours. At 1:30pm it still wasn't done. They changed spark plugs without checking us first and told us there were many issues wrong with my car that was in for a routine oil change. They claimed we didn't service the car in many years when we did service the car at another Volvo dealership. Secor didn't have the regular service people working at the service desk. It was very unorganized, people didn't know what was going on with our car. I was not satisfied with our service. Then they charged us for tire rotation when they told us we didn't need it. More

I had THE best sales person. Her name is Christine Littlrfield. I was in Texas and I was able to conclude my sale long distance. She was outstanding. She needs to be THE salesperson of the year. She even helped to surprise my mom, she put a big huge red ribbon on the car…the best experience ever…first class customer service. More
