Thank you for your feedback on your experience with your Mitsubishi.Upon review with my staff I see we completed a thorough inspection of the braking system and provided you with a complete estimate.It is my understanding you chose to have the repairs done elsewhere . In most situations the diagnostic charges are included with the repair costs when they are completed.I am sorry that you feel this is unfair and am more then happy to discuss it in more detail if you wish.Again thank you for your comments.
