I love this car, it is exactly what we were looking for, and I am very happy with how Secor handled my repair. Diane Gebhard was our sales person and she worked diligently with Arnold Eininger to find us just the right car. Stephen Plona graciously helped me set up the new Sirius radio system. Bob Doyle was supportive when the car needed to be repaired. The owners Charlie and Julia are very friendly. More
Sevice was not as professional as it should have been. I dropped the car off at 8:30am and was told 2 hours. At 1:30pm it still wasn't done. They changed spark plugs without checking us first and told us there were many issues wrong with my car that was in for a routine oil change. They claimed we didn't service the car in many years when we did service the car at another Volvo dealership. Secor didn't have the regular service people working at the service desk. It was very unorganized, people didn't know what was going on with our car. I was not satisfied with our service. Then they charged us for tire rotation when they told us we didn't need it. More

The problem with the car was a serious one after it was analyzed by their mechanic Randy and led to an engine replacement. This was a big job, well done by Randy, and the car is running great again.
