Overall turned good, but the communication is weak between them and me. It was my first time to have that experience between the car insurance and repairing my car. So, in fact, I am deaf. They sometimes are awkward with me. They don't know to call me, to text me or to email me. I don't blame them. But till the end, Laura is a last huge communicated helper to catch up with me thru the email and text. I admit that I am impressed that the service is a good service to repair my car well. More
