I purchased my Mitsubishi Outlander SUV 4 door brand new in November 2017. For the past 5 1/2 years, 331,750 miles later, Secor has been the only location to service the vehicle. The service was under warranty, so a call to the Volvo roadside help line was all I needed to get things going. Car wouldn't start, so next day, towing company moved it to the dealer, and they looked at roadside help line was all I needed to get things going. Car wouldn't start, so next day, towing company moved it to the dealer, and they looked at it in one day and got it running again. I'm a little disappointed that no root cause could be found other than a locked-up computer, but I can't fault the dealer for that. It's a new model so there might be bugs in the code the Volvo engineers need to figure out. More
