misdiagnosed,never looked at what the customer complained of,,threw parts at it $5.500.00 later,,and after it all,,never acknowledged their error…,it was by far the worst experience from a DEALER I’ve ever of,,threw parts at it $5.500.00 later,,and after it all,,never acknowledged their error…,it was by far the worst experience from a DEALER I’ve ever had,,and to top it all,, parts geeks on-line has it as their most commonly sold part for that model and year,,I got hosed for $3600.00,,and the service manager knows it …. Routine service on two Volvos - Great results - on time and within budget. It was very easy to get appointments two days in a row -saves driving back and forth. Very convenient. and within budget.
