Thought I bought a CPO Vehicle Purchased a CPO vehicle just a few months back and brought it in for it's first oil change and brake fluid flush. Very surprised that a CPO vehicle w Purchased a CPO vehicle just a few months back and brought it in for it's first oil change and brake fluid flush. Very surprised that a CPO vehicle would need a brake flush as I drove the vehicle just under 10,000 miles. Was also told that the front brake pads would have to be replaced the next oil change (again that would be just under 20,000 miles driven). My driving is all highway, approximately 100 miles per day round trip, on and off the exits. I was also told that the battery cover in the engine compartment was missing. The price quoted for an engine air filter was $85 and $135 for a cabin air filter, absurd given the cost of the part and time it would take to change. Also, I am yet to see a copy of the checklist for the certification process and have asked several times. The Service Manager is very apologetic and willing to work with me, but I am thinking my last recourse is going to be to call Volvo direct to see what they may have on file. I have been driving BMW products for years and decided to change things up a bit this time around, looking / feeling like it was a mistake. BMW certification and service is far superior and the discussion on brake pads, brake flush and air filters would never have been a discussion point based on my past experiences. More

Great service with a friendly smile I brought my 2013 Volvo in because I had a check engine light come on the past 3 times I'd used my windshield wipers. And the morning I brought it in I brought my 2013 Volvo in because I had a check engine light come on the past 3 times I'd used my windshield wipers. And the morning I brought it in there had been a "Charging Fault, Service Urgent" message on my dashboard. Eddie had taken my call and told me to come right over from Groton. I explained the problem to Nick when I got there and he told me they'd take a look at it while I waited. A bad anti-tamper sensor had caused the problem. It was replaced and I was sent on my way. It was covered by my pre-owned vehicle warranty. Great to go over to the service department when necessary knowing I'll get first rate service and a friendly smile. More

Service can’t be beat! I recently dropped my car off for a routine oil change. I like having the option of dropping the car off one day and picking it up the next. I appreciate not having to wait for it to be serviced and gives the service department time to take care of it when they have the time available. My service was completed by the following morning and I received a call telling me it was ready to go and I could pick it any anytime before 530. Perfect! I love that they run it through the car wash before I pick it up and it this time changed the front emblem sticker that had peeled (covered under a warranty). The service department staff is very friendly,takes the time to explain what was done and never rushes you through the process. A few days after my service I also received a follow up call to make sure I was pleased with my service and that everything was great! Can’t beat that!! I would recommend Secor Volvo any day! I can’t remeber the names of the guys at the service desk. They were all a pleasure to work with though! More

The service was great. The service was very good; however, when my car was finished and I went to leave it was pouring rain. The covered area where my car usually is after service was full with cars and mine was outside at the end of the building. I had to walk in the heavy rain to get it. I went back today to have my other car serviced and asked what were all the cars parked on the covered area. It seems that these were employee cars which is very inconsiderate of the customers. Employees should have other parking. More
