After our phone call and review of your concerns we apologize for any confusion on the required repairs.There are times when an independent shop may offer a lower repair price due to their reduced overhead.We only employee Volvo factory trained technicians that we continuously send to the latest schools.In addition we offer a lifetime warranty on most Volvo repairs.We feel this extra value is worthwhile to our customers.We hope after our discussion Nycking will continue to be our service customer.
