Terrific customer service. We had a mechanical problem that was out of warranty, but Mitsubishi extended it due to the fact that it was a occurring in many of these models. Coordination between departments could be improved Car was in for collision repair and I also needed a replacement key. Spoke to both collision center and service department that morning before coming Car was in for collision repair and I also needed a replacement key. Spoke to both collision center and service department that morning before coming in the afternoon. There was a fairly short wait at collision center, then when I went to get the key Mackenzie said she wasn't notified that my car was ready so needed time to program the key resulting in 35 minute wait. I had also hoped to set up On Call service (apparently the dealership now needs to be involved?) but the sales department was unexpectedly short-staffed and Steve couldn't manage it. I don't live close to Secor and hoped to avoid a separate trip but I do understand and sympathize with the situation. More
