It was time to bring back my lease and my father suggested making an appointment with Alise since he had worked with her to manage several vehicles within my family. He was very satisfied with her and now I can see why! I met Alise today and within an hour we had a deal made. From the moment I walked in to Security Jeep she was so welcoming and truly made me feel secure, pun intended. There was no need for excessive negotiation or the tedious back and forth that usually occurs with car dealerships because her offer was fair from the start. She clearly has experience and knows how to meet the demands of her clients. Any worries I had going into this process were quickly erased and changed to a smile and relief with Alise. I mean come on, how many people would go out of their way to leave sticky notes of gratitude in your visor mirror! I explained my needs to the salesmen who was completely understanding and willing to work with me. He got me into the exact car i wanted and we were able to work on the payments. After settling that he introduced me to their insurance broker who was amazing and able to save me money on my monthly car insurance payments. Finally met with finance department and he explained everything thoroughly where i didn't feel like they were hiding things from me. Overall an amazing experience. More
