I leased my 2018 Jeep Compass from here the end of August 2018. Summer of 2019 my air conditioner was blowing out hot air and I had it fixed. Now again this summer same thing. So it’s obvious that somethi 2018. Summer of 2019 my air conditioner was blowing out hot air and I had it fixed. Now again this summer same thing. So it’s obvious that something is wrong with the air conditioner. Unfortunately since I was out of my warranty I was told it would cost me $1100 plus tax. I have leased many cars and never had any issues like this. I get it things happened but it’s a new car and the night service manager was aware of the issue I had with my air 2 years prior. Not to mention the IOU I have because as I was first picking up the car I did a final walk through and there was a dent. So you would think with not having air for 2 out of the 3 years and an IOU I would of been cut some kind of deal. So when I spoke with the night manager who I dealt with the night before I was a little frustrated because it’s a lot of money, my lease is up in November, and this is the second time the air has not worked. Well this night manager was very short and dismissive. Telling me things happen, this car isn’t new, I have almost 50,000 miles, cutting me off, extremely rude. I work in a hospital where I deal with a different kind of customer service and I get how it can be frustrating sometimes, but to be spoken to like that was unacceptable. And to boot my dad comes to pick up the car and he had a complete different song and dance for my dad saying he offered me the service for $200. Which was never discussed because he was too busy being really rude. Again I was frustrated but contained myself until he showed his attitude. I did speak with Giuseppe after this incident and he was fabulous, but at this point I was so turned off by this situation. I’m not one to write a review like this, but I have never experienced customer service like this. More

Disappointed with the lack of communication with the service manager, texting is not how to communicate with a customer. I had to constantly reach out to find out what was going on and when to expect t service manager, texting is not how to communicate with a customer. I had to constantly reach out to find out what was going on and when to expect the work to be completed. This in no way falls on the hands of the technicians doing the work, so far everything seems to be working out. It has also been over a week and the dealership is now reaching out. As a previous customer for 2 Ram 1500 and looking to purchase another I’m not sure if I want to do business with Security again. More
Kept my car in service for four days before they even checked it. Can’t reach anyone over the phone.
