People friendly. Couldn’t get my oil change on my brand new car after waiting 3 hours. When I arrived was told 2 cars ahead of me for just oil changes ,after checking back with the service dept my Jeep was new car after waiting 3 hours. If I could give it negative stars I would. We dropped our car off for a diagnostic check when both headlights went out. They tried charging $600 for headlights on a charger. Luckily we did not let them do it car off for a diagnostic check when both headlights went out. They tried charging $600 for headlights on a charger. Luckily we did not let them do it and when we investigated further it was $3 worth of fuses. Seems to be a documented problem with fuses blowing for headlights but their is only a recall on a select number of vehicles. Regardless a disgrace for what they tried to do to my son. We bought 6 vehicles through them but never again. Didn’t even get a return call from the dealership manager and service manager apologized but I’m sure they would of gladly taken my sons $600. Stay far away !!! More
