Very disappointed. Again was unable to get a replacement key because my auto start, getting in the truck and starting it works only half the time. Still on back order over 6 months. I was told last time I d key because my auto start, getting in the truck and starting it works only half the time. Still on back order over 6 months. I was told last time I did survey would be programmed on the house for my inconvenience. Also my rear brakes were so bad had to replace rotors and rear passenger wheel is stained. Had my oil change when I purchased the four deal oil change package and I was under the impression that this would be part of my 20+ point inspection every time I came in to make sure I was safe of things that should have been looked at. I had my front done a year or so ago. It started to grind in the back so bad I still had to wait weeks to get serviced. Also was on work order again and still couldn’t get it done for the second time. I was told I should make an appointment for this kind of stuff and I did I was there a few hours and the only thing I had done for my brakes again. Thanks for listening. Joe More
