Came for oil change and to possibly trade in my truck with cash in hand I spoke with sales guy for literally 5 min. With my 9 month old daughter in hand I waited for 2 hours for my ram to be done which i with cash in hand I spoke with sales guy for literally 5 min. With my 9 month old daughter in hand I waited for 2 hours for my ram to be done which is fine. However I guess sales guy didn’t have bills to pay or just don’t care about his job, didn’t see him ever again on floor only sitting at his desk with his hand on his head. Never checked on me, never tried to show me any vehicles nor did he know that I had already picked a truck out and wanted to start paper work ASAP the experience on the sales floor was absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced and I will go somewhere else for a vehicle at this point. Tried to stay loyal and by another vehicle but if you guys don’t care I guess I shouldn’t either More

My car got Towed there by accident. I called the next day the young lady who answered the phone is rude and unprofessional no help at all. Customer service is HORRIBLE. My car was a month old.. just stopped the young lady who answered the phone is rude and unprofessional no help at all. Customer service is HORRIBLE. My car was a month old.. just stopped working and I have to deal with rude nasty girl. She hung up the phone on me and lied saying she spoke with her manager. Please speak to this girl and teach her some respect because when you already have problems you don’t need to deal with a nasty girl answering phones.. there is a reason she just answers phones and will go nowhere in life.
