My car has been in this dealership 6 times for the same issue within the last 18 months and I am repeatedly told that nothing is wrong with it. I have a 2018 Jeep Compass that has issues with power and acc issue within the last 18 months and I am repeatedly told that nothing is wrong with it. I have a 2018 Jeep Compass that has issues with power and acceleration, which caused me to get stuck on busy roads in traffic twice. I have a co-worker and a friend who have the same year and model and had to have their engines replaced at this same dealership. I am now escalating my issue up to the corporate level. These guys are all full of it. More

Service was great. Tough problems were fixed albeit a long time (3 months) this is where my problem is. Clearly the car was outside for its duration at “summer camp” and was clearly under some trees. Honestly, would it have killed someone to wash the thing before giving it back? I was super patient while waiting for my car to be repaired, provided my own transportation for the months while it was being fixed and paid the invoice without any pushback. My car however was delivered to me in a completely unsatisfactory condition. I’m not asking for a full detail, but was off the tree sap and debris that were clearly NOT on the vehicle when I brought it in. More
