I had the worst experience of my life yesterday, 12/19/2020. I went in because a friend of my mothers highly recommended them, so I decided to give them a try. I was given a rep named Khabir Ajenishe, the rudest and most argumentative man i have ever come across; he wouldn't negotiate, and we said please don't waste our time, and he decided to throw a fit and started screaming at my mother and I. He was implying he did us a favor by dropping us off back at the dealership so he can park the car back in the lot. My mother is 60, and she was afraid she slip because of the storm we had on 12/17/2020, which resulted in 10 to 12 inches of snow and much ice because of the freezing temperature. While Khabir decided that he did us a favor, he was screaming at my mother and me; my mother had to tell another rep to get a manager involved because how he was speaking to us while the manager didn't discipline his employee in front of us he was saying it is ok don't worry, which I understand because no one should be punished in public it is degrading. Still, he should have been removed from the situation. He was saying to my mother, and I is your time more valuable than mine? And i said, this is your job to negotiate and sell a vehicle; he took offense and started screaming and throwing his arms like a toddler. I will never go back to this dealership in my life, and i will make sure that i tell everyone not to go here because i have the right to voice my opinion. Which the manager seem to disagree with me. That's is why I'm writing this review. More
