Awful service and experience. I sat for over a hour after my appointment time while 7 employees talked in the managers office in front of me. They site says no payments for 90 days and when you get there the my appointment time while 7 employees talked in the managers office in front of me. They site says no payments for 90 days and when you get there they say there is all these exclusions that they don’t list on the website. I had a major issue with the warranty as I told it was included and then they try and add it to the cost of the car. The team is out of touch and disorganized, they had one girl signing people out while people sat around and customers waited. If they weren’t the only local dealership with the truck I wanted I would have walked out. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there, my house hold also got a car from browns dodge and it was a completely pleasurable experience. More
