Salesman did not have the car at the lot when I came for my appt that I made to see the specific car, he wanted me to drive with him to another lot to get the car. I did not. I had to wait 30min - then he my appt that I made to see the specific car, he wanted me to drive with him to another lot to get the car. I did not. I had to wait 30min - then he started talking about the cost of the car and my interest before I even saw the car, then when we went out to see it he was just rude and seemed upset - I asked to speak to another salesman. Then after telling them I bought a car somewhere else they still bothered me with emails and etc. then the worse yet, he texted me a few weeks later asking how I was doing with the corona virus, telling me he was praying for me and sent me inappropriate kissing and hugs emojis - made me very uncomfortable. From day 1 amber has been there going above and beyond to make my trade in and new lease possible and seamless. We were dealing with a very difficult time during the pandemic, however she was always only 1 t make my trade in and new lease possible and seamless. Horrible! I brought my car in to have work done; always waiting, service reps are rude & ignore costumers to carry on with their personal conversations! The receptionists are always rude.
