It wasn’t till I got completely aggravated that they told me I could come in but they weren’t guaranteed to see me. So I took off from work and went. I got there told them my problem and was met with grief. I felt like I was forcing them to look at my truck, a truck in which I bought a big warranty for to avoid this same situation. So since I walked in which what could have been a very serious issue they had to look at it. They told my it was my wheel trim and that the truck was safe to drive. So I assume they fixed it. NOPE I still hear the noise and even worst feeling of being suckered by what I was told was a good dealer. What’s even more funny is that when I called I was told to go to a different dealer for my truck service. I’ll be sure to buy a different truck from that same dealer. More

Where do I begin....I purchased my Grand Cherokee in 2017. From the day I picked up my truck I complained to the service department that the passenger window did not function properly. They tell me it's 2017. From the day I picked up my truck I complained to the service department that the passenger window did not function properly. They tell me it's fine. At every subsequent service visit for oil changes I complained of the same issue with the passenger window and every time they told me nothing is wrong. My last oil change, I drop my car off at 9pm knowing they do overnight service (giving them as much time as possible to do it) I leave a note on the paperwork to please have the car ready by noon as I had to be at work by 1pm. The next morning rolls around it's 10/11/1130/1145am no phone call. I play phone tag a few times to get a call from Will to finally tell me that the car hadn't been touched yet, and offers no explanation. During my interactions with the receptionist I was repeatedly called "Ma'am", when I corrected her and reminded her my name is Joseph and that it's sir she had an attitude with me as if I was wrong. During this oil change I again complain of a window issue and now finally two years after they tell me I need a new motor. When I purchased my vehicle I purchased the extended warranty. I emailed the manager as requested with no response from her. The most recent visit I dropped my car off on Monday night at 9pm. My scheduled appointment was 540pm the following day. The dealership received an additional 18 hours to work on my truck, I get a call it'll be ready Wednesday. Then Wednesday they tell me Thursday. Then finally my truck is ready on FRIDAY. I go to pick up my truck and sign for the work completed for an account balance of $0, no balance. No fees. No owed money. The window they had repaired was completely covered in finger prints, the car was completely detailed the day it was dropped off! Two days later I receive a call from Eddie asking me why I didn't pay for the repairs. I said because I signed a receipt saying there was a $0 balance and $0 fee. He then gets defensive with me, telling me it's his fault and he made a mistake, and he'll just have to pay for the repair out of his pocket if I have a problem with the fee so he doesn't get fired and that they'll just put an note in my account not to do any further work. I reluctantly gave him my card over the phone and settled the account. I am so beyond dissatisfied with the service I consistently receive from Security Dodge and their service department. I would love nothing more than to get rid of this truck and have absolutely zero ties to Security Dodge. I in the past recommended and sent friends here for vehicles, however this is no longer the case! More

Once a month for three months I have to bring my car in; but I was told that I would never have to wait & no need for an appointment. First month, no issue. I went this month & had to wait Over an hour; my car was never looked at & the manger is Always Unavailable! The service manager Never returns calls so obviously the dealership's service department is Lacking in Customer Service! More

Whoever is in charge of the rentals though was very nice and he squared it away and I still got one. Service was quick, only 2 hours in the shop and I’m appreciative that they let me keep the rental an extra day because I was at work and couldn’t get there . More
