Elise is not only the Sales Representative that got me into my vehicle, I now consider her my friend and look forward to many more transactions and referrals to come. Elise will be doing another vehicle transaction in the next couple of months for my wife. There are employees within organizations that create the very culture and leadership that it takes to succeed, I must say Elise is the epitome of this. Had my vehicle for more than 2 weeks Brought my Durango in on Sept 18th for repair on my rim that the dealer scratched up changing the tire on a previous visit. Was provided loaner car. Was hung up on, transferred to voicemail, etc.. When I finally got a hold of someone they stated that my service advisor had quit and my car had just been sitting in the lot for a week with no work being performed. The rim hadn’t even been sent out. My new advisor said they get to work on it right away. On Sept 26th my cell phone rang and it was dealer. To my surprise it wasn’t the service department but the loaner department stating that the registration and insurance was going to expire on Sept 29th and I needed to bring the car in so they could update it. Needless to say I was beyond angry at this point. Later that day I called my new advisor “Johan“ he stated the car would be ready Friday Sept 27th. Well Friday came and didn’t receive a call until 7PM now saying that the rim was sent out but when it was returned the tire pressure sensor was reinstalled and that the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday Sept 30th. Now I work from 3-11PM Fri through Tue. In Manhattan. I’m commuting by train 3 hours a day and working an 8 hour shift. It’s difficult to get anything done other than on my days off. So again, no call Monday until at 7:39PM, from Johan, explaining he for got to call me earlier but my car was ready. I’ve leased 5 cars from Security Dodge. Sent my Brother over there and he leased a Durango. My Jeep is due to be returned in the next month. Needless to say this is the last time I’m going to business with Security Dodge and will never recommend them again. More

Tell you one thing over the phone, then the deal changes... I spoke with Michelle on the phone about a specific truck i was interested in getting. She called me back not long later and offered me a lease on th I spoke with Michelle on the phone about a specific truck i was interested in getting. She called me back not long later and offered me a lease on the vehicle. I had an offer from a competing dealer, so i asked if she could get the price down. She called me back and got the price down by extending the term of the lease. Being that the price was still higher that the other dealer, I asked one last time if she could get the price down another $10 per month. I told her i would come in that evening and leave a deposit. She said that they would not lose a deal over 10/month and to come in. When i arrived at the dealer that evening, Michelle had left for the day (i had known this), and i spoke to one of the BDC associates Lindsey, who in turn connected me with a sales team member (do not recall her name). She got the info, and ran the numbers with me, however is was at the higher price. I explained that was not what we agreed on , and told her the true number. She went back to Sunny, and explained. That is when Sunny approached the table we were sitting at and introduced himself. He told me he has discussed the deal with Michelle, and basically called me a liar. He was rude and incredibly unprofessional. I walked out of the dealership that evening with no deposit on a car, giving up my evening with my kids (the only time i have with them during the week). Shame on Michelle, she later spoke to me and said, I thought he would take $10 off the payment i must have been wrong, for wasting my time. SHAME ON SUNNY FOR BASICALLY ACCUSING ME OF BEING A LIAR. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL PEOPLE NEVER TO USE SECURITY!! More
Always have the best prices and nicest people. They are not in the business in taking advantage of their customers. 2nd SUV leased with them.
