After everything was agreed upon, Alise helped us in making the surprise for my daughter one of the most memorable experiences of my family’s life. When we arrived at the dealership, Alise had a big red bow on the Jeep because she knew my daughter wanted one. When it came to signing all the paperwork, everything was as Alise said it would be. I felt screwed over. Drove in with a 2021 Jeep Cherokee at end of its lease that was fully loaded and left with a 2023 Jeep Compass with not much to it and costing me mor Drove in with a 2021 Jeep Cherokee at end of its lease that was fully loaded and left with a 2023 Jeep Compass with not much to it and costing me more. How would you feel? Interior door handles have glue from plastic wrapping still on it. No spare tire, just some xx tire inflation kit, how cheap can a car manufacturer get? Not sure how much imput dealership has on this. More
