Another unpleasant experiece Bought used car from them. It hS been in there dealership 5 xs for the same thing. Each time they tell me something different. This time I bought in Bought used car from them. It hS been in there dealership 5 xs for the same thing. Each time they tell me something different. This time I bought in for my tire ( which I have a warranty for) as it was flat and tire is rotting... I was told about 45 MN. After a hour 15 I asked how long? I was now told 2 hrs. I then said well if I'm not getting new tire can u just put air in. I need to get home. Another 20 MN still no car. Now can I just have my car back no air another 20mn there was my car with just that no air just my flat tire I came in with More

Extreme delays and lack of return phone calls Horrible experience. It took over 3 months to repair my jeep. Barely any communication with service advisor. Consistently broke promises of repair Horrible experience. It took over 3 months to repair my jeep. Barely any communication with service advisor. Consistently broke promises of repair date and rarely returned calls. Even the service manager didn't call when he said he would. Was told I would be reimbursed for lease time lost. Called direct to Chrysler 5 times with no return call. Loaner was filthy when I got it. Took it ony own to car wash. This was my 3rd lease in a row from Security, can't imagine how they treat new customers. More
