Some good, some not so good Bought a certified used Dodge Caravan from here. Both the salesperson and the management knew what they were doing and did whatever they could to mak Bought a certified used Dodge Caravan from here. Both the salesperson and the management knew what they were doing and did whatever they could to make the sales experience a positive one. Can't say the same for the finance manager, who was extremely difficult and actually became insulting on more than one occasion. He was really mean. At least twice I tried to leave and demanded my deposit back, but the management kept stepping in, trying to keep me happy. Eventually, the deal happened and I was too glad to be out of there, I couldn't feel that happy about owning the car. Then three weeks later, a check engine light came on. A new catalytic converter was needed. It was covered by the warranty, and service told me they're supposed to last 6-8 years. Well, this one was only 2 years old! I think they might have just cleared the code before I took it off the lot. I know they were messing with the battery just beforehand, which is one way to clear a code. I wouldn't mean to make an outright accusation against the service department, but I don't care for them anyway, as every time I brought the vehicle back in for something like an oil change, they kept trying to sell me on expensive stuff I didn't need. So would I recommend this dealership? Not really, but I wouldn't say it's impossible to get an ok deal there. They do have a big inventory, and the management does care. But the service department is nothing to write home about. And if you need to finance, WATCH OUT! More
