Every 3 months for a year Alice would spend time with me to see if I could trade it in yet. Finally after a year we were able to get it done! Alice worked hard on getting me the best deal possible and made my year long wait worth it! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a new car! More

Bait and Switch on 2019 Jeep Cherokee My brother currently has 8 payments left on a Jeep Cherokee totaling about $2800. He had been looking to get out of his lease. After going back and forth several times with a sales consultant, they agreed over text message for a $360 per month lease for 39 months and 12,000 miles a year. Taxes were included in the payment, we would receive a check to satisfy the last 8 payments on the existing Jeep lease and were told that only first and DMV fees were due at signing. When we got to the dealership, we were routed to Alex the sales manager who informed us that the deal didn't include the bank fee. Right away, this felt shady. Another $595???!!! We specifically told the sales consultant we only wanted to pay first and DMV at signing. After some back and forth and waiting, we agreed with the sales manager at $364. OK Fine. Done Deal. Oh wait??!! NOPE! Then this guy Vito comes out and says "I'm the final say and unfortunately can't approve this deal" even though the sales manager and us shook hands and he put it on the deal sheet. They wanted another $12 a month basically getting us back to where we started. No negotiation whatsoever. I think they were looking for any excuse not to make this deal. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER use this dealership again. In this day and age, it should be expected to be able to do deals over text messaging and email. If you can't hold up your end of the deal and it becomes a bait and switch, that's no way to do business. And for someone to tell us: 1) I'm already "losing money" - That's bullsh*t 2) It's only another $12 a month - If that's the case you do it. Your pockets are deeper than ours I'm so enraged. We were all but ready to sign at $360 with those expectations. Now I guess we will have to wait it out another month or two. More
