This time they gave me a loaner for over 2 weeks. It seems ok my issue is with the condition of my truck when I got it back. They should keep the vehicles in a better lot. Starter wire was carroded at hot terminal they cleaned connection car fine since so you took my money for a battery I did not need So since you asked now you know what are you going to do. you mean to tell me your mechanic never checked hot wire most basic thing to do and load test battery you don’t have fancy snap on tool you don’t even need load tester. I wouldn’t even recommend security dodge to someone I didn’t like. Natalie when we spoke on 2/19 you promised me a call back on or before 2/21. I see that you have also replied here on 2/20. The fact that Bill was sexist and would not talk to myself as the customer but instead addressed my male friend I brought with me is ridiculous. This dealership does not respect women- even if they are the ones who purchased the car in the first place. So sad. If I could give zero stars I would. More
