Very disappointed.. I’m very disappointed with this dealership, I never bad mouth but I thought going to a dealership over an auction would be the logical thing to do, I I’m very disappointed with this dealership, I never bad mouth but I thought going to a dealership over an auction would be the logical thing to do, I just got into the electrical union and I needed a realible car.. I had that at first until my alternator went 4 times in a matter of 3 weeks, I’ve lost countless days because of this car and now I’m having front end problems and between 4 mechanics and the repairs I still have this issue and none of them know why.. I’m backed up on car payments I’ve come close to having my car repoed several times because I’m paying more fixing this car then actually paying it off.. few months ago my father realized that I was charged $2,000 dollars from you guys for 60 days of warranty or 3000 miles which I was told was “on the house” after everything was signed so I don’t understand how that charge was slipped in there.. I received an email few weeks ago about your buy back deals, I came in and was told my car was in 2 accidents which were not my accidents I bought the car with them not knowing they are know going to effect me in the future and was told that there isn’t anything you guys can do.. I don’t have words anymore I had to ask for a lay-off because my car can’t handle going to the Hampton’s 6 days a week and now I don’t know what else to do with this car.. I can’t sell it, I can’t afford to fix it, you guys won’t work with me on a trade in or something I just feel as though I was scammed.. More

Starter wire was carroded at hot terminal they cleaned connection car fine since so you took my money for a battery I did not need So since you asked now you know what are you going to do. you mean to tell me your mechanic never checked hot wire most basic thing to do and load test battery you don’t have fancy snap on tool you don’t even need load tester.
