Installation of seat warmer. I brought my Wrangler in to have after factory seat warmers installed. When I pulled into the service area parking lot I was met by an employee who as I brought my Wrangler in to have after factory seat warmers installed. When I pulled into the service area parking lot I was met by an employee who asked what I was there for, and directed me where to move my vehicle to. I say with one of the service managers who got my my service paperwork together and arranged for a loaner vehicle. I then proceeded to the service desk, and after a brief wait was assisted with my loaner vehicle, and explained what I should expect. All in all a professional, and pleasant experience. More

AJ was my salesman and he made the whole process easy from start to finish. At one point AJ had to leave the building for a bit but left me in Sunny's hands and he was just as nice and helpful. Raja was my financial manager, he didnt push me into anything I didnt want and went over every single paper I signed. They also added 2 new people to the mix someone that made the call to my insurance company and a great young woman who went through all the options in my new car. I also worked with Jake in the service dept. to replace a defective usb port. He called me when they received the part and had me in and out within minutes. Thanks to everyone!! More
