Work done without authorization I was told I needed brakes and when the work was done they put on brand new rotors telling me that the car, which I just bought from the 5 months befo I was told I needed brakes and when the work was done they put on brand new rotors telling me that the car, which I just bought from the 5 months before was metal on metal. This tells me Jeep used very cheap pads or the car they sold me had very little left on the pads. Either way it was wrong. Plus the issue I brought the car in for, need a part ordered and as of today, 2 weeks later, has not come in. Very disappointed. The leasing and sales process went so well. I cant say the same for service. More
