Great Buys, but customer attention needs to be improved. Security Dodge offers some pretty great deals. My car was in service for almost a month and a half in the first 3 months. Only now, working with Brandon Troy and John in service am I getting top notch service. I highly recommend dealing with Brandon and John. They have restored my overall confidence in dealing with Security Dodge. They are a tremendous asset to the dealership! The "friendliness" and "attitudes" of the girls in customer service need to be improved. More

Not a great deal Dealer never asked if I want to see the Jeep but only showed me the price tag and color of the vehicle. I only got to see the Jeep when it was time to take it home and after being shown how to start and the functionality of the car. No running boards- disappointing, now I have to purchase a pair for it. Also it took forever to see the finance agent and get caught up signing papers without reading any of the documents specially the lease agreement. Finding out while you lay out 21k in 39months lease and then seeing the buy out on the car price is at 29k... a nice chunk of financed % earned. And I don’t even own the car- unbelievable. I was totally acquiesce due to the nature of time and pressure was at high. We were the last to leave — never again. I am a Jeep enthusiast and owner since 1991. Hey it’s a Jeep! You won’t never know! but not with this dealer. More
