I’ve gave them 5 stars because they were honest and did not try to screw me in any way. I did find them to negotiate very aggressively but I did my homework/research and knew how much off MSRP it would take for me to make the purchase. I stuck to my guns and finally we agreed on the price that I wanted. The sales manager asked if he agreed to the price would I finance using one of their banks, I agreed because I plan on paying the loan off quickly anyway. What I was not prepared for was finishing the deal with the finance manager. The finance manager was very nice and helpful but he talked me into buying a Mopar extended warranty for which was $900 more expensive than you can get online. In addition He also sold me a $1000 ding and dent policy which I later realized I did not want. Again this was my fault for agreeing to purchase the warranties. This happened on Saturday 8/11, after realizing I did not want the warranties I went back on Wednesday 8/15 asked for a warranty cancelation / refund. They tried talking me out of it at first but processed the cancelation as I insisted. The money was credited into my auto loan on 8/29, it took 2 weeks exactly, which is very fast for a warranty cancelation process. A few days before the warranty refund was credited into my account the customer experience rep called me and was vary nice and asked me about the car and if I has any remaining issues or concerns which I thought was very nice. My final thoughts…. I would purchase a car here again, they are not going to screw you but if not prepared they may sell you something you don’t need. They do negotiate very aggressively so be prepared, not just for the car price negotiation but for the financing as well. WORST DEALERSHIP POSSIBLE THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE!!! I went into Security Dodge on 9-1-18 to look at Jeep Cherokee’s and the salesperson Khalil stated He needed me to put THE WORST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE!!! I went into Security Dodge on 9-1-18 to look at Jeep Cherokee’s and the salesperson Khalil stated He needed me to put a $500 deposit on my card in order to “run my credit” every other dealership I went to never asked me to do this. He explained it was in order to show the bank I was serious about buying the car. I already told him I was and none of the other dealerships asked this of me. I asked to speak to the manager and when the manager came he told me the same thing. I told him if I decide not to buy for any reason would I immediately get my deposit back and he said YES!!! So I reluctantly gave him my card and after running my credit he told me the monthly lease price would be $40 more a month than what we already agreed upon. He said If I come back tomorrow with a co-signer I would get the agreed upon price. So today 9-2-18 I came back with my co-signer who’s credit score was 790 I was told the price would only be $11 cheaper a month, still $29 more than we agreed upon. I told the finance guy I would just like my deposit back that I no longer wanted the Jeep. He left and came back and gave me a price only a few dollars less a month than we agreed upon, I told him at this point I just want my deposit back. At that point the finance manager started yelling at me and my wife that he was fed up and “Just give him the price, I’m tired of dealing with these people “ at that point I was upset and just asked for my deposit back. I was than told I would have to wait days to get it back and I reminded him of the previous days conversation that I was told I would get my deposit back. The previous days conversation the manager assured me I would immediately get my deposit back. I would like you to check your cameras so you can see the finance manager yelling because not was he completely unprofessional he was aggressive. Someone who acts like that shouldn’t be working there. If immediate action isn’t taken and my deposit not given back I will certainly take further action. As for the finance manager I want something done. These intimidation tactics won’t work with me and if someone doesn’t speak to me immediately I’m going straight to Dodge Chrysler Jeep Corporation and demand all party’s involved be delt with. More
