Security Jeep Review The sales rep lacked the appropriate amount of communication throughout the process. She had indicated the car in which I had put a down payment on wa The sales rep lacked the appropriate amount of communication throughout the process. She had indicated the car in which I had put a down payment on was to arrive on a Monday, when I followed up several times I was then told it was on a truck and to be delivered Tuesday. After several phone calls and being punted around to different people I was informed on Wednesday that my Rep was unavailable and she was out Thursday. Each member of the management team had told me it is difficult to track and have a direct timeline of delivery of a vehicle which contradicted the words of the sales rep who was 100% confident that it would be in no later than Wednesday. The car arrived Friday which hindered my work week and various plans. I was disappointed in the lack of communication and utter dishonesty in presenting me with an accurate timeline. I would like to point out one member JR who when my questions were unable to be answered provided us with a detailed and thorough response. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership. More

All the service was good but was told I would have my truck back same day following a safety recall an oil change and 10K checkup ..... never received All the service was good but was told I would have my truck back same day following a safety recall an oil change and 10K checkup ..... never received a call that evening but received one the following morning saying it was ready for pickup. Also, when picking up my truck the following morning I noticed mud all over the wheel wells and steps ....maid mention to the Valet for serve and he said he could have it cleaned but I had to wait 15 min ..... after 25-30 min they brought the truck back ..... was still dirty but I was not going to waste another 1/2 hour. More
