My experience at Security Dodge. 2 words. Alise Bitic. I've been to 5+ dealerships in the past 6 years and this experience has married me to their brand. When I arrived, I was surpris 2 words. Alise Bitic. I've been to 5+ dealerships in the past 6 years and this experience has married me to their brand. When I arrived, I was surprised by the sheer volume of cars; a confidence inspiring experience considering the other dealerships' choices were so limited. I fell in love with a gray Challenger, took a walk around, looked up and exchanged a smiling glance with Alise. She walked over after getting off the phone and was really attentive to my needs in all the right, non-shark ways I think a great salesperson should be. Her candor was refreshing and didn't make me feel like I was yet again on the verge of being bamboozled. The car buying process is a long one so I spent some hours in there that passed easily. There were snacks, coffee, water etc. They bought me lunch both times I was there. The staff of every department was helpful and friendly. I've never had that experience at a dealership. All jokes aside, my experience there as well as the quality of the brand has me seriously considering doing sales... as long as I can get Alise as a mentor. Love ya Alise! Get well soon! ;-) More
