I didn't have the best experience at Security Dodge. Buying my car could have been a lot more efficient and honest. Issues with my sale have been glossed over (minor damage / wear and tear found after l Buying my car could have been a lot more efficient and honest. Issues with my sale have been glossed over (minor damage / wear and tear found after leaving the lot) - and I don't feel I got complete, fully honest information during the sales and financing process. I was sold one extended warranty but then signed up for a cheaper, less comprehensive one. (In fairness, they told me they are going to fix that after I called, though. Will keep an eye on things to see if they do.) Also, the day I came to close out, my sale the process took... six hours! They also pulled at least four hard credit checks (!) when arranging my financing - and then came back with a rate that was 2.5% higher than what I got independently. I'm mostly happy with the car so far but the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully further followup will ameliorate that somewhat. We'll see. More
