She was so amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful (I could go on and on). I was in a difficult situation and she went above and beyond in finding me the right car! She made the process so easy. Every salesperson should be like her!! When I picked up the car it was ready to go and I sped right through financing (Vito was also amazing) without a hitch. Fantastic staff, Very accommodating. Security was by far one of the easiest car sales I've ever experienced. I've been leasing cars for years and always have to wait for the sales people Security was by far one of the easiest car sales I've ever experienced. I've been leasing cars for years and always have to wait for the sales people to cut the bullsh*t and get to the final number. There is none of that with this dealership. They get straight to the point and tell you exactly what it will be with no hassle! Gabby is by far the best to deal with if you are looking to purchase/lease a vehicle. She greeted me with a hug and she thanked me for coming in to see her and not once did she lose her great smile! I will absolutely be returning to her for all of.my vehicle purchases! More

Don't use Francine! I bought a Dodge Durango from Francine Borgia in August. She made promises she failed to keep. She lead me to believe that there was a second key to the vehicle from the moment I first looked at it (I made sure to ask), even when I was signing the paperwork (I asked again), up to the point she was thanking me for the sale at the gas pumps across the street where she said, there's no key. I said, "you're kidding me" and she said but don't worry I''ll get you one. I asked her to put it on the "we owe you" paper and sign it. She said it's her mistake and Security Dodge won't owe me anything, it's her promise to me, even if she has to pay for it herself she'll get me one. She then said she'd call me the next day. Well, the next day came and went and I called Francine back after a week went by. I tried her cell phone as well as the business phone. She never called back. This went on for over a month as i kept leaving messages with no returned call. I finally pretended to be someone else and was able to get her on the phone! She apologized and said she was on vacation (BS). She said she'd call me back by 9pm that night and let me know when I can pick up the key. I laughed and said are you sure you're going to call me back? She stated yes I promise. well....no call back and I had to start all over! I finally (after two months) got Michelle Scalise on the phone and told her the whole story. She was beyond amazing!!!!!! She was not even involved in the original sale, but she called me back the next day and told me she got the authorization to get me the second key. I'm not so upset with Francine that she lied to me about not having the key, but the fact that she avoided my calls for months! That's pathetic and wrong. I will buy my next vehicle from Security Dodge, but I will go to Michelle Scalise. She has integrity and always called me right back! Francine is a naive kid who hasn't learned that life goes in circles and I hope she loses at least one customer because of this post. Please don't take the chance in getting screwed over like I did, DON'T USE FRANCINE! I hate that I even have to rate her with 1 star because she deserves a zero! Rob K. More
