I had the pleasure of dealing with JJ and Gabby during my recent visit to Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership for the purchase of a new Jeep G I had the pleasure of dealing with JJ and Gabby during my recent visit to Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram dealership for the purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were extremely courteous, helpful and kind. It was an extremely easy buying experience. JJ took time to ensure that all went well and that I had a great buying experience. Which brings me to Gabby. Gabby was truly OUTSTANDING! She was a great pleasure to deal with and made me feel like she knew me for years. Lied to me about accident status for used vehicle I contacted this dealership on Nov. 1st, 2017 regarding a used Honda CRV 2015. Sam Saalem told med that vehicle has a "clean CarFax" and has not been I contacted this dealership on Nov. 1st, 2017 regarding a used Honda CRV 2015. Sam Saalem told med that vehicle has a "clean CarFax" and has not been in an accident. I checked with CarFax and found that the vehicle had indeed been in an accident on 02/18-2016. He also gave me other misleading information (we're 10 min. away from the airport). Don't know how to trust this dealership again. More

"ALISE IS THE BEST "- Samantha I. This was my first time leasing my own car, I was nervous and pretty much had no idea what I was doing... ALISE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, to make my exper This was my first time leasing my own car, I was nervous and pretty much had no idea what I was doing... ALISE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, to make my experience easy, fast, and more than comfortable. She spent the extra time to explain the basics of leasing a car (she even explained to me how to get my own insurance) Not only that but she got me a GREAT deal on a new 2018 Jeep Compass Lattitude. I thought my first adult-purchase would be a scary one but Alise was not only understanding and helpful but her great outgoing personality make this experience enjoyable and stress free. She did not try to sell me on any packages I didn't need and WAS NOT PUSHY LIKE THE REST OF SALESMEN I HAVE MET . Even after the purchase was complete she spent a whole hour going over all the features of my car hands-on. I can't express enough how much I recommend Alise Bitic and how greatful I am to have met her!!! More
