Best Service Ever Received from any Dealership! We were visiting Long Island from North Carolina for my mom's 91st birthday. Our Jeep developed problems on a Thursday. My family members (who have We were visiting Long Island from North Carolina for my mom's 91st birthday. Our Jeep developed problems on a Thursday. My family members (who have bought cars from this dealer) contacted a service rep on Thursday Night. This rep made us an appointment for the next morning. The team, lead by Wendy and Brandon, had the car techs examine the car and identify the problem. (The North Carolina squirrels had chewed through wires and damaged the car's computer). The computer had to be replaced. Since they did not have one available and there was none on Long Island, one had to be shipped from another site. Wendy arranged for us to have a loaner car (unxepected from us since we had not bought our Jeep from them.) The part came in on a Saturday, was installed that day and by 2:20 we were able to start our drive home. The kindness and consideration given to 2 out of towners with no previous history with this dealership was overwhelming. They understood our plight and went out of their way to help us. Well Trained Service Staff, No Pressure Sales Staff. This is the dealership to buy a car, truck or SUV from. My wife and I looked at many dealerships on Long Island, and even though this one is not clos This is the dealership to buy a car, truck or SUV from. My wife and I looked at many dealerships on Long Island, and even though this one is not close to our house, this is the only dealership I'll buy from now. We had originally brought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a warranty repair after a bad experience at another dealer. The service staff at Security Dodge was very courteous and accommodating. They offered us a loaner vehicle even though we didn't buy the Jeep through them. They had to order a part for the Jeep, but Will, the service adviser constantly kept us apprise of the progress of the repair. When the Jeep was fixed, they washed it and called us to pick it up. In the mean time, my wife and I had been looking for a new vehicle since our lease would be up soon. Most of the dealerships we visited were very high pressure. They wouldn't even talk to us if they felt we weren't ready to buy TODAY. At Security, we walked into the showroom and looked around a little bit. Jason Waters, the salesman came up and asked if we were being helped. We explained that we were just looking. He handed us his business card and said "No problem. If you have any questions or want to take a test drive, just give me a call." That was it. No pressure. When we saw the car we wanted, we asked a couple of questions about it and he was very knowledgeable. We talked about our budget and Jason and his sales manager explained that we probably couldn't afford the truck we really wanted and they didn't want to put us in a bad financial situation. They showed us the same truck with fewer options and we loved it anyway. They took their time to work with us on the price and financing options. They played with our kids so we could focus on the car. They really went over the top to make sure we were happy. After this, I couldn't imagine any reason to go anywhere else. More
