He is very professional and is always available whenever I called in for an update on the repair. The technicians are seasoned and knowledgable and were able to diagnose, repair and replace the water pump and supercharger tensioner under warranty. car had a WE Owe You Big Fail When car was purchased the salesman and the finance guy along with managers very helpful in making deal on vehical. delivered care same night but had When car was purchased the salesman and the finance guy along with managers very helpful in making deal on vehical. delivered care same night but had a WE OWE you ticket for New Wheel well liners. no one ever called to set up apointment to install. finally a week later i drove down went to mangers desk were they directed me to parts department. they gave me the part numbers then i had to go back to managers desk to get an RO number so the part guy could order. which he did while i was there. then had an appointment target wheel liners installed i waited on line for 1.5 hours with my car when i was on line the guy looked at my paper work and said stay here well get you rite in. when i got to the front of the line the customers service girls Failed to deliver. Asked me to leave the car for the day. i said no this was suppose to be quick and i already wasted 1.5 hours. they said they had some of the parts other parts were at other location and i should leave car for the day. and if i couldn't wait several hours they will reschedule. so i told them to reschedule. they were suppose to call me when they had parts in hand to reschedule still have not heard from them yet. its been two weeks.i even called Cory two days ago and still nothing. The most recent 3rd time for the same problem I never got a call that the truck was ready supposedly I was called on November 14th but I wasn't. I was called by Sean he ax me for permission for an extended check ride so the contact dish and could try to reduplicate the issue never heard back.I tried to call Sean yesterday never return my call on the 21st tried to call him today on a 22nd he was not in . My daughter came in this morning to pick up the Jeep when she got in her truck it was on empty no gas. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with both security Dodge and Chrysler. I expect a phone call from the service manager or dealership manager regarding this situation both of which are unreachable.. More
