Took care of everything I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Service Manager saw that there were open recalls and told me if I could leave it they would fix every I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment. Service Manager saw that there were open recalls and told me if I could leave it they would fix everything. I left it for the day and everything including injector service was done by next morning. I had no appointment and I was very surprised that they offered to do it all. Great experience every time I’ve been there including my vehicle purchase. More

She had to leave her car at your dealership and you guys said it was too late and you didn't have a loan car to give her. Yet you're a dealership. How was she supposed to get home? She had to figure it out herself? It is a car malfunction. That's how you treat your customers? The only reason you have her for the car turning off randomly is because it needs to get an oil change. So clearly you need to train your employees more on better customer service because no matter how late it is during the day, that's not how you treat people who have also been working all day. More
