Unfriendly & did not leave car clean. The service reps were not friendly. Almost like a burden to them when I went in. We're not accommodating to my busy work schedule. Did not have loaners so I would have had to goto hertz to use one of their cars. I am not paying 409 a month to drive a garbage loaner car until my cars fixed. I had to drive around with no windshield wipers for 2 months. When the car was fixed they did not use a mat and left my car disgusting. Left water bottles in it and dirt all over the newly washed mats. More

unable to duplicate Car has been in shop at least 6x for same concern. Car was bought new with concern and never been fixed correctly. Has something to do with ESC and Car has been in shop at least 6x for same concern. Car was bought new with concern and never been fixed correctly. Has something to do with ESC and Transmission. Car has groaning noise which is either coming from the driveline or transmission. Noise disappears when ESC is turned off and gas mileage improves significantly. You would think that they would start ruling things out by checking and resetting driveline and transmission module. Its not a normal characteristic of vehicle since it would be there all the time. Dealer had car for 5 days and was suppose to drive it to try to duplicate problem and that was never done. If it wasn't for the service advisor Diana I would give them 1 star. More
