Waited to long Waited 3 and 1/2 hours for an oil change when I was told it would take 45 min to an hour max , I'm a mother of 2 and I can change the oil in 15 min bu Waited 3 and 1/2 hours for an oil change when I was told it would take 45 min to an hour max , I'm a mother of 2 and I can change the oil in 15 min but the dealer offered free oil and filter change for 1 year , never again would intake my vehicle to this service center More

as expected I brought my veh in for an oil change, and cruise control recall, as like the first service I received , I was greeted by friendly and professional st I brought my veh in for an oil change, and cruise control recall, as like the first service I received , I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, I am usually reluctant to go to dealers for service due to it usually taking all day,be there by opening very early in the morning and camp out all day, this was not the case here I arrived about 10 am after working all night and was out in about an hour. it took me longer to get there then waiting for the service to be performed. the service waiting area was clean and comfortable and was constantly being serviced. More

Unhappy Totally unorganized. They were too busy to talk to be bout my problem. The part was in but it took 2 days to install a tire sensor. Was not ready when Totally unorganized. They were too busy to talk to be bout my problem. The part was in but it took 2 days to install a tire sensor. Was not ready when they promised. They said they would call me at night and never did. I can’t get anybody on the phone and had to drive there 3 times just to check on the status of my car. Would never service or buy a vehicle from them again. More
