Horrible Worst experience i’ve had with a business. One week after I give them every penny I have for a new car it needed service. After bringing it to service Worst experience i’ve had with a business. One week after I give them every penny I have for a new car it needed service. After bringing it to service they didn’t know what to do and told me to go home it’s going to be a while. When I called them later that night they said the car had not been looked at yet. The next day I called about 15 times trying to find out if my car is even being serviced, they said they would call me back, they didn’t. When I arrived at the dealer furious, instead of answering my simple question of what is going on with my car they first give me an attitude back. I then found out that it had been serviced somethig very easy any mechanic could do in minutes. This dealership cares about making the sale, after that they could not care less about you. I have many friends looking to buy new cars and I would have recommened security dodge but now I will tell them to avoid at all costs. More

Unbelievable wait time I went in for a oil change. You would figure 1hr and a half. I found out that I had two digital recalls. It took 4hrs to complete. They did comp me the oil change and that was nice- but 4hrs is wayyyyyy to long to be waiting.they should tell u before hand that ur wait time will be 4hrs and give u a loaner car. More

No real customer service brought my car in for service for one service, mechanics replaced some seals and when I go to pick up the car something was not right with the car and brought my car in for service for one service, mechanics replaced some seals and when I go to pick up the car something was not right with the car and now all of a sudden I need axels on a 4 year old car with less than 40,000 miles. Super fishy and unprofessional when dealing with them most of them all had attitudes. Shouldn’t be working in customer service if you can’t and don’t know how to deal with customers. More

Worst service ever In a nutshell I dropped my 2016 Durango off Sunday 9/23 for truck running rough. Got a call by Gary Monday morning starting they we not getting to the car until at least Tues or Wed. Gary is the only one to call me. To be fair to him he was off for a few days. I called at least 5 times wed to find out the status and not a single call back. I called again at least 5 times on thurs and Friday. I finally got a manager named Bill at 4:30 Friday afternoon. Turns out to be a bad motor mount that they dont have parts for and needed to be ordered.. I was told the car would be ready on Sat. Yet again no calls. Wound up finally ready Tues 10/2! I was completely disgusted that no one had the respect of calling me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle.. I get that places get busy but how hard is it to get info as what was even wrong ? Never again will I step foot into Security Dodge!!! More

Oil change Very disappointing in that my Jeep was dropped off on Saturday for an oil change. It is now Wednesday and I am being told that the engine service light came on but they still have not done any work on the car. Multiple phone calls have gone unreturned and managers seem to be either not in or off for the day. I have asked for the GM of the dealer but that person has also not been available or has had the opportunity to return my call. More
